Public Sector discount
Public Sector organizations may take advantage of a 20% discount when registering by using the code PUBLICSECTOR20
As this code may only be used for individual registrations, should you wish to register 5 or more people from your Public Sector organization, please email taimi@porchlightmedia.ca and we will get in touch with you to get all of the information we need to provide you with a credit card invoice.
Please note that 13% HST and a 3.5% admin fee are added to all rates listed above.

Full cancellation refunds for specific circumstances approved by the conference committee will be available before October 15, 2026. A $25 administration fee and 3.5% credit card transaction fee will be withheld from the full refund amount. No refunds will be issued after that date. You are able to transfer your registration to someone else.
CLICK HERE to become a HIMSS and/or HIMSS Eastern Canada Chapter member and become eligible to receive the discounted registration rate. The fee to becoming a full HIMSS member is $199 USD, which includes full access as well as the opportunity to join the Eastern Canada Chapter at no additional cost. The fee to joining the HIMSS Eastern Canada Chapter (i.e., a chapter-only membership) is only $39.00 USD.
