Sponsors may ship materials for their exhibit space to the Chelsea Hotel.

IMPORTANT!
Your materials may arrive no earlier than Monday, October 27 and no later than Wednesday October 29 at NOON.

If your items are delivered outside of these dates/times, you may be charged for storage fees.
