Premier, Partner and Standard Exhibitor Sponsor
- 8 ft deep x 10 ft wide area
- 1 x 6ft table
- 2 chairs
- Standard wireless internet service
- One standard electrical outlet (Should you need more power, your request will be assessed by a case-by-case basis and an additional fee may apply.)
IMPORTANT! If you require additional power in your exhibit area, you must let us know by Monday, October 6 so we may get your approval on the cost before we order it for you.
Exhibit Space Footprint and Line of Sight
Sponsors are asked to maintain their exhibit within the footprint of their exhibit area, and to ensure their display materials do not interfere with, or disrupt the line of site for other exhibitors.
Companies will be asked to move any display materials not within their exhibit space footprint or that interfere with other exhibit spaces.
Visionary, Premier, Partner, Large Exhibit and Standard Exhibit Sponsors must provide their certificate of insurance for their exhibit space - please email it to Rosita Pollock at rosita@elasticevents.com by Friday, October 17.
