Exhibit Set-up

Wednesday, October 29 at 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Your exhibit must be ready by 7:30 am on Thursday, October 30

If you are only bringing handouts with no other set-up needed, you may set-up on Thursday, October 30 at 7:00 AM. Your exhibit must be ready by 7:30 AM.

(Breakfast is available to you at 7:15 AM)

2:50 - 3:20 Coffee Break and Exhibits
3:20 - 5:05 Presentations and Closing Remarks
5:05 - 6:30 Networking Reception and Exhibits

Exhibit Takedown

Thursday, October 30 at 6:00 pm AFTER* the Networking Reception

*Note that the Networking Reception will be in the exhibit area and it would be disruptive to be doing your exhibit area takedown at that time. Thank you in advance for your consideration of the other exhibitors and the Networking Reception and adhering to the takedown time of Thursday, October 30 at 6:00 pm when the Networking Reception ends.
