Where will the meetings take place?

The 2026 Annual Reliance Summit – General Session will take place at:

Village Conference Centre
Blue Mountain Resort
242 Jozo Weider Blvd
The Blue Mountains, Ontario L9Y 3Z2

The General Session will take place in The Courts, and meal functions will take place in the Huron Grand Ballroom.

Where do I register upon arrival at the Village Conference Centre?
Registration will be open at 8:30 am on Tuesday, February 10th. Upon arrival, please go directly to the Registration Desk located in the Atrium to receive your name badge. It is important to ensure you wear your name badge throughout the program, so you will be readily identifiable to others in the group and to on-site staff.  

What costs are covered?
Only costs that relate to the 2026 Annual Reliance Summit and take place during the program group dates will be covered. Reliance will provide a room at the Blue Mountain Resort on Tuesday, February 10th. Eligibility for early arrivals is based on team member location and travel distance. All scheduled events and activities, organized group meals, hotel and service gratuities for scheduled events and activities will be covered by Reliance.

If you would like to extend your stay for personal reasons, additional accommodations will be at your own expense. To arrange an extension, please email summitregistration@reliancecomfort.com.

What weather can I expect in Toronto in February?
Historically, the average temperature in The Blue Mountains, Ontario in February is between a high of -2°C and a low of -9° C, with minimal precipitation. Be prepared to dress warm, wear a hat, gloves, and a scarf. 

What is the dress code?
The dress code for all sessions on February 10 & 11 is business casual (jeans are welcome; no sneakers). The theme of the Evening Celebration on February 10th is “Nashville North”.  Team members are encouraged to embrace the spirit of country chic such as denim, boots, fringe, and other western-inspired attire.

ACCOMMODATION

One (1) night of hotel accommodations has been arranged for all Team Members at Blue Mountain Resort. Two (2) nights will be based on Team Member location and travel distance. If you need to arrive earlier or require special arrangements, please email summitregistration@reliancecomfort.com

Specific building and room details will be provided at a later date. 

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Where do I check-in?
Check-in will depend on which building you are staying in. Specific building and room details will be provided at a later date. More details to follow.

Where will I store my bags when I arrive prior to hotel check-in at 4:00 pm?
Each hotel booked for our group offers limited luggage storage. Please visit the concierge desk in your hotel lobby to check your bags. Storage is complimentary until check-in after 4:00 pm. Alternatively, you may keep your luggage in your vehicle if you prefer.

Where should I park?
Your accommodation includes underground parking for one vehicle per reservation at your hotel. Additional vehicles can self-park underground at a rate of $20 plus HST per day, per vehicle. EV charging stations are available at the Westin and at the Grand Georgian Hotel in the Village.

Can I bring a guest to the Summit?
No, the Summit is strictly for team members only.

What will it cost if I want to stay for extra days at the hotel?

TRAVEL

Team Members are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the 2026 Annual Reliance Summit. Where possible, we encourage carpooling.

For Canadian team members flying into Toronto Pearson Airport: Please coordinate your flight bookings with your manager.

For US team members flying into Toronto Pearson Airport: Please coordinate your flight bookings with your manager. Reliance will arrange round‑trip ground transportation between the airport and Blue Mountain, with arrival times aligned so groups can travel together.
