Full cancellation refunds for specific circumstances approved by the conference committee will be available before October 24, 2025. A $25 administration fee and 3.5% credit card transaction fee will be withheld from the full refund amount. No refunds will be issued after that date. You are able to transfer your registration to someone else.

The fee to becoming a full HIMSS member is $199 USD, which includes full access as well as the opportunity to join the Eastern Canada Chapter at no additional cost. The fee to joining the HIMSS Eastern Canada Chapter (i.e., a chapter-only membership) is only $39.00 USD.
