Annual S2EG Conference – Call for Abstracts
 

Call for Abstracts/Speakers:  

We invite industry professionals and practitioners to submit their speaker presentation summaries for the 2026 S2EG Conference via THIS FORM

Please remember to tie in this year's main conference theme From Insight to Action and sub-theme Advancing Workplace Wellness into your presentation.

Below are the various presentation topics we are looking for:

  1. Legal/Policy
  2. Health & Safety
  3. Disability Management 
  4. Mental Health
  5. Wellness & Ergonomics 


Submission Guidelines:

  • Fill out a separate form for each presentation you wish to submit for consideration.
  • Each submission for your 1-hour presentation should include:
    • Session Title 
    • Format of session (panel, 1-2 speakers)
    • Session description (minimum of 2-3 sentences, maximum of 250 words)
    • Presenter’s name, title, organization, and email address
    • Presenter bio (brief bio to be shared with attendees by workshop host when introducing the presenter)
    • Note RE audio visual:  Presentation rooms will have a projector, screen, microphone and presentation laptop. You will need to send us your PowerPoint presentation 2 days prior to the event so we may load it onto the presentation laptop.


Key Dates:

  • Abstract submission deadline: May 4, 2026
  • Notification of acceptance: May 29, 2026
