Annual S2EG 2025 Conference – Call for Abstracts
Call for Abstracts/Speakers:
We invite industry professionals and practitioners to submit their speaker presentation summaries for the 2025 S2EG Conference via THIS FORM
This year's conference theme is Pathway to Recovery: Navigating Disability and Workplace Well-Being.
Below are the various presentation topics we are looking for:
- Legal/Policy
- Health & Safety
- Disability Management
- Mental Health
- Wellness & Ergonomics
Submission Guidelines:
- Fill out a separate form for each presentation you wish to submit for consideration.
- Each submission for your 1-hour presentation should include:
- Session title
- Format of session (panel, 1-2 speakers)
- Session description (minimum of 2-3 sentences, maximum of 250 words)
- Presenter’s name, title, organization, and email address
- Presenter bio (brief bio to be shared with attendees by workshop host when introducing the presenter)
- Note RE audio visual: Presentation rooms will have a projector, screen, microphone and presentation laptop. You will need to send us your PowerPoint presentation 2 days prior to the event so we may load it onto the presentation laptop.
Key Dates:
- Abstract submission deadline: May 16, 2025
- Notification of acceptance: May 30, 2025
