  Roundtrip Economy Flights from your home gateways.  Fare class upgrades & deviations costs are not included. *  One night overnight accommodation at an airport hotel pre/post to program dates (if required)
  Four nights accommodation at the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa, Cayman Island
 Airport transfers to and from Owen Roberts International Airport during program dates
  All meals organized during the MCAP Summit program
  All activities organized during the MCAP Summit program
  A $200.00 USD room credit per room per person to cover expenses not included in the MCAP Summit program (ie. breakfast in the restaurant, room service, incidentals)
  Gratuities during all organized events/activities as outlined in the program and have been taken care of by MCAP on your behalf as follows: porterage/baggage assistance at the airport upon arrival, drivers, bellmen, housekeeping service and meal functions

Travel Documents:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper documents for travel to Cayman Island. Canadian and U.S. residents require a valid passport. All other nationality passport holders are required to travel with a visa in addition to a valid passport.

Time Zone: 

Cayman Island operates on Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Therefore, in March when it is 12:00 PM (noon) in Cayman, it is:

• 9:00 am in West coast Pacific Time Zone
• 10:00 am in Mountain Time Zone
• 11:00 am in Central Time Zone
• 12:00 pm in Eastern Time Zone
• 1:00 pm in Atlantic Time Zone

Climate: 

Warm, dry and plenty of sunshine is expected in March. You can expect an average daytime high of 28°C and an evening low of 24°C.

Currency:

The official currency is the US Dollar (USD).  US dollars and all major credit cards are accepted across the country.

Electricity:

Cayman Island operates on 120 volts, 60 Hz.   All electrical sockets are standard, just like living in Canada.

Attire: 

Cayman Island is known for its warm and sunny climate. Clothing should be light, breezy and comfortable for the day.  

For the business session, smart casual attire is recommended.

For daily excursions, lightweight clothing, hat, sunscreen, bathing suit, sunglasses and sandals are recommended. 

The evenings, smart casual attire is recommended for all the other private group events.  Women may opt for summer dresses, while men can wear shorts or pants with a short-sleeved shirt.
