EMD CONNECT 2024 will take place at The Westin Trillium House

On-Site Registration

• Upon arrival at The Westin Trillium House, please register at the EMD Serono Registration Desk in the foyer to obtain your name badge.
• Coat and luggage check will be available and managed throughout the day until all rooms are ready.

Transportation/Transfers & Parking

• Group transfers - you are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary group transfers that will be provided between the EMD office and the venue on Monday, January 22nd (leaving at 11:00** am and returning late in the afternoon on Tuesday, January 23rd).
• Parking – Hotel parking is $20 per day.  There is also paid public parking available in nearby lots.  Parking will need to be expensed internally through your department budget.
   

Cycle Meetings *NEW*

• This year the Cycle Meetings will happen following the EMD CONNECT 2024 meeting and will be held Wednesday, January 24th – Friday, January 26th. Please confirm your meeting timing with your team to ensure that you register for your accommodation requirements correctly.
