The Omni King Edward Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Toronto. For those of you who are flying into and/or out of Pearson Airport or Billy Bishop Airport, several options exist to get you into/out of downtown. These include taxi, Uber and the Union-Pearson Express (UP Express). If you are flying into/out of Pearson, we encourage you to consider the UP Express since this dedicated express train connects you from the airport to Union Station in 25 minutes - all while avoiding potential traffic delays and poor weather conditions. You can further save time by purchasing your UP Express ticket online (one-way or roundtrip) and avoid waiting in line at the airport or Union Station!
- Employees who are travelling by air are free to book their roundtrip flights through their preferred airline.
- For those who reside in the Greater Toronto Area, you may take the GO Train/Bus/TTC or drive yourself. If you are driving, we encourage you to park across the street from the hotel in the underground lot at 1 Toronto Street (access from Court Street). Please note that self-serve parking is not available at The Omni King Edward Hotel and valet parking will be at the employee's own expense.
No matter how you are travelling, our primary concern is that you arrive safely. Please keep possible delays in mind when planning your route.
