Ada Leung is a Director of operations with over 16 years of leadership experience in healthcare and at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).  She leads clinical teams whose decisions directly influence employer outcomes – from recovery timelines and claim costs to the quality of return to work planning.  

 Specializing in recovery management, reducing clinical variance and leveraging business analytics, Ada has overseen initiatives such as the Recovery Management Program and the Legacy Medical Cannabis Project, both of which improved decision quality and consistency.  Her expertise in nursing leadership, team development and process improvement ensures that the strategies her teams deliver are aligned with employer priorities for safe, timely and cost-effective return to work.
