Garrett McGinn is a Partner and Director of DigiStream's R&D Department and its complex investigations company UpStream Intelligence. He has over 17 years of experience in the investigative industry. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a licensed California Private Investigator. He holds a Master’s Degree in Transatlantic Relations from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. Garrett trained in advanced surveillance tactics in the United Kingdom, achieving a Level III Advanced Award in Foot & Mobile Surveillance. Prior to his employment with DigiStream, Garrett was a Research Analyst for Glass, Lewis & Co., an institutional investment advisory firm.
