Rob Boswell

Lawyer, Counsel
Boswell Employment Law

Rob Boswell is the principal lawyer of Boswell Employment Law (“BEL”).  BEL’s primary focus is to represent and advise employers on workers’ compensation law.  In this area of practice, Rob frequently interacts with paralegals, worker representatives who are exempt from paralegal licensing, and unrepresented workers.

Rob has substantial experience in anticipating and managing or guiding clients with respect to collateral issues such as labour relations and employee relations issues, including grievance arbitration and collective agreement interpretation, drafting and bargaining, human rights, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety, and employment standards. He is skilled at identifying overlapping issues in these areas of interest for clients and in working with other lawyers, paralegals, and experts to provide the most complete service for clients.

Rob is also counsel to Crawford Chondon and Partners LLP, a management-side labour and employment law firm located in Brampton.
